Escapade is a marketplace that rests on a network of holiday rental agencies. With a simple interface, the property managers can add and withdraw lodgings, change their prices and the characteristics of the residences, add pictures, indicate their own reservation and cancellation policies, quote last minute offers, answer to your questions, and confirm the bookings.

You always carry out your payment directly to the holiday rental agency owner managing your booking. By credit card, by bank transfer with most of the holiday rental agencies owners, particularly in Spain where the commissions asked by the banks remain relatively high for credit card transactions.

The prices of the holiday rental agencies are always equal or lower than the public prices published by these property managers. If you compare them with other Webs, don't forget that the prices are given for the selected period and lodging, and that the taxes (VAT) are included.

You will find different kinds of behavior regarding the prices. Some holiday rental agencies give better prices to the customers who reserve several months in advance, whereas others will privilege the last minute offers. Some holiday rental agencies start with discounted prices and increase them with time. Indeed, the availability reduces while the demand rises; consequently the prices increase with time. Others, because of late cancellations and lodgings unsold by tours, travel agencies, or other intermediaries, will publish last minute offers on the web.
